Coming Events

June 29 - 301 Faith Partners shared worship and other activities

9 am - Shared Adult Forum with Fr. Peter Munson on the Inner Pilgrimage. Peter was in a learning group for seven years, led by Julie Colwell, a PhD psychologist, author, and resident of Boulder. Based on the book Power vs. Force, by David Hawkins, M.D., Julie developed the concept of the Inner Map. It is a powerful tool for becoming more aware of whether we are in “reactive brain” or “creative brain.” which can be a huge help in navigating our relationships with self and others.

10:30 am - A shared worship service with leadership from all three of our congregations. This worship service will be the only one we have on June 29. Come and experience Big Church.

12-ish pm - A picnic-style potluck lunch for all three congregations in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a food you’d eat on a picnic and enjoy the company of delightful people.

Do you have a pastoral emergency?

July 5: Outdoor Worship

Our 9 am worship service will be outdoors, on the patio to the south of the Fellowship Hall.

july 12: Pilgrimage to Poudre Valley Hospital

We will walk from 301 E Stuart to Poudre Valley Hospital, where Matthew Shepard was given last rights by Fr. Bacon, St. Paul’s rector of the time. This will be a 1.1 mile walk one way. A rest station along the route and alternative transportation will be provided

Saturdays, July 19 & 26 and August 2, 1 pm watching the Lord of the Rings Trilogy

We will watch together the three movies which animate the story in JRR Tolkien’s classic trilogy, The Lord of the Rings, one movie each week. Popcorn, comfortable chairs, and the joy of sharing the journey with one another will make these afternoons memorable experiences. Each Sunday following, after our worship service, we’ll discuss what we saw/learned.
